What happens when I hit my limit?

On the free plan, once you reach 100 requests or 500 memories, new requests will be rejected until your quota resets next month. Upgrade to Pro for 50x the capacity.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and you'll keep Pro until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll revert to the free tier.

What happens to my memories if I downgrade?

Your memories are never deleted. On the free tier, you simply can't save new ones past 500. Existing memories remain searchable.

Do I need Pro for every AI tool I use?

No. One Cortex subscription covers all your AI tools. Your memory syncs across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, and more.
